Pre-University
Summer School
Summer School 2006 will run on the Crichton
University Campus from 12th June - 14th July 2006. It
lasts for 5 weeks and students are required to attend for
2 days per week, either during the day (Business, Arts and
Computing) or in the evening (Computing only).
The course is FREE and is open to both school leavers
and mature students.
The Summer School can be used to enhance the qualifications
you already have, as an access route if you have no recent
formal qualifications or simply as a taster of university
life if you are unsure about whether you are ready to embark
on a degree course.
Successful completion of the Summer School can help to secure
you a full or part-time place on any degree programme offered
by the University of Glasgow or the University of Paisley
at the Crichton University Campus. There are three routes
to study on offer:
Arts including Philosophy, English
literature and Archaeology
Business including Marketing,
Human Resource Management and Information Technology
Computing including Games Development
& Programming
If you would like to receive further information on any of
